Job Description
As a Video Editor/Videographer at RADII, you will be a key team member shaping captivating narratives through the art of video editing. Your role will involve both editing existing footage and capturing new content to create engaging visual stories for an international audience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary editor and videographer for both in-house and commercial video projects, ensuring the timely delivery of inspiring and well-cut films and short videos within budgets
Collaborate closely with our team of multimedia producers, to craft compelling stories for various platforms including social media, digital platforms, and RADII’s home-site.
Provide creative solutions for video formats, including horizontal and vertical layouts, green screen shoots, and on-location filming.
Develop and maintain a distinct and artistic cinematography style for RADII’s videos, guiding the visual and creative direction that can elevate the quality of our content.
Execute other post-production tasks such as audio syncing, subtitling, transitions, title animations, color grading, and sound mixing.
Manage footage storage, selection, and archival to ensure efficient workflow and project organization.
Stay updated on internet video trends, AI creator tools, music videos, and emerging video technologies to enhance our creative output.
Ideally, have an interest in Asian news, culture, and food, with a desire to pitch and produce original content that resonates with our audience.
Animation skills are a plus, adding versatility to our video production capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in shooting and editing, with a strong show reel showcasing your expertise.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere is essential, with knowledge of Adobe After Effects considered a plus.
Hands-on experience with other editing softwares such as Final Cut Pro X and Da Vinci Resolve.
Avid consumer of internet video trends and latest video technology, with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
Extensive experience with sony cameras Fx30, Fx3, Fx6, Fx9, A7sIII. Proficiency in other cameras is a plus, BlackMagic, Canon C line, Panasonic Eva1 and S1 H…
Manage and lead offsite video shoots as a one man band, proficiency in camera operation, lighting and basic sounds recording is essential.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality video projects on time and within budget constraints.
Demonstrate a strong artistic eye for visual composition and film artistry, elevating the quality and impact of our video content.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
